• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (USA): 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–3 business days
• International Shipping: 10–15 business days (available to select countries)

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

• We may request photos for verification.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
