  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase required

How do I start a return?

  1. Email contact@lernstudyz.com with your order number
  2. Receive a return authorization (RMA) with instructions
  3. Package securely and include the RMA number
  4. Ship to the provided return address

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt of your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (additional bank processing time may apply).
